At Caraïb&pices, we prepare your parcels with care so that the flavors arrive intact at your home.
What are the delivery times?
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it within 24 to 48 hours. Then the carrier takes over:
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days to a pickup point.
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 business days to your home.
- Chronopost: Express delivery.
🔄 Return Policy
Can I return a product?
As these are food products (spices, sauces), unfortunately we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or unsealed, for obvious hygiene and food safety reasons (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
My parcel arrived damaged?
No worries! If your parcel arrives broken or if a sauce has leaked:
- Take a photo of the parcel and the damaged product.
- Email the photo to contact@caraibepices.com within 48 hours.
- We will send you a new product or issue a refund immediately.
