It all began far from here, in a kitchen where time seemed to stand still. We grew up lulled by the sound of the mortar and the aromas of garlic and fresh thyme. For us, Haitian cuisine isn’t just a recipe—it’s a language of love passed down from generation to generation.
When we arrived in France, we were desperately searching for that authenticity. But the shelves offered only industrial imitations, packed with additives. That’s when Caraïb&pices was born. We decided to recreate traditional Épis (marinade) and our 100% natural spice blends, with no compromise. Just the raw taste of the land.
